Discovery

The discovery phase sets the direction for your packaging project. This is where we align on your vision, goals, and the purpose of the product, ensuring the packaging supports your brand and connects with your audience.

Through questionnaires, mood boards, and a discovery call, we gather the insights needed to understand your product, your audience, and your brand. We also review competitors and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities, helping define what makes your product unique and how it can stand out.

As part of this stage, we analyse your current branding to confirm whether it can be used for your packaging. Ideally, we require vector logos and brand elements, but if these aren’t available, we can assist by vectorising or adapting your existing logo and branding for the new packaging without requiring a full rebrand (additional cost may apply).

This stage also covers the mandatory information your packaging needs (ingredients, allergens, storage instructions, and other compliance requirements) ensuring clarity, alignment, and a strong foundation before moving into design.

Design & Mock-ups

​

With a clear understanding of your product and brand, we craft packaging that tells your brand story. People connect with the people behind a product, so we ensure your packaging communicates your story, values, and personality alongside the essential product information.

We create realistic mock-ups so you can see your product in “real life” and refine every detail before production. Every design element (layout, imagery, typography, colour) is created to reflect your brand, communicate quality, and engage your audience.

Printer Collaboration

​

Once the design is approved, we work directly with the printer. We receive the keyline, apply the design, and provide guidance throughout the production process. If any technical issues arise, we collaborate with the printer to resolve them, ensuring the final product matches the approved design exactly and meets your expectations.

Launch

​

After production, you receive your final print-ready files along with guidance on using your packaging correctly across all touchpoints.

Our approach ensures your packaging is not only visually compelling but also tells your brand story, communicates quality, provides the required product information, and connects with your audience — helping your product succeed in the market.
